The Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue Extension adds approximately 275,308 sqm to the renowned Dubai Mall, expanding the existing Fashion Avenue into one of the largest fashion retail areas in the world. This extension introduces over 200 luxury brands, including iconic names like Rolex, Hermes, Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Dolce & Gabbana, and Prada. Highlighting its luxurious offerings, the new Fashion Avenue includes a 5,000 sqm flagship perfumery store, alongside flagship retail spaces, restaurants, a food court, a water feature, and VVIP and VIP toilets, with ample parking.
